Lately I have been absent on posting content on the Dynamic Training Blog. In my defense, we have many new projects being released in the next couple of months. This is very exciting for us and we hope we will be making a big impact in the fitness industry. Now we are back on track and heading will full force behind us. On a weekly basis their will be content release on the blog related to health and fitness. Some of it may be controversial, and some wont. We are also going to release a Random thoughts section on a week to week basis. This section will be the idea's of some of the top trainers that Dynamic is working with. So here it is, Random Thoughts for the Thursday November 20th, 2008:
1) Nutrition is the key for reaching any goals. Whether it be if your sick, want to increase muscle tone, lose body fat, or just stay healthy, YOU HAVE TO EAT PROPERLY. I get so many emails from distressed people that are not achieving their desired results. When I ask for an overview of their eating plan, they will not give it to me. If you are avid about changing your life, getting results, then look towards your eating!
2) The New website should be up by the end of the week. It is aesthetically pleasing, has a library section, and is interactive. It is going to be a very nice touch to our team.
3) Their was a program on CBC called "The Disappearing Male". The Disappearing Male takes a close and disturbing look at what many doctors and researchers now suspect are responsible for many of these problems: a class of common chemicals that are ubiquitous in our world.
