Randon thoughts and Fitness Queries

I have been absent on the blog for the past couple of weeks. Been busy working on a couple of big projects that will be released over the next 6 months. Now, I will be getting back on track. I have decided to start off with Random thoughts - this is going to be a blog post with information from my point of view. It may be a rant, or you may call it a Querrie, but all-in-all take what you can from it, always ask questions and keep an open mind.

1) My friends at Burlington Sports Therapy have posted a couple of Blogs in regards to prevention of soccer injuries. I think that these blog post are amazing and informative to all of my soccer players (all 56 to be precise). Check it out here: http://www.burlingtonsportstherapy.com/blog/preventing-injury-in-soccer/

2) The Biggest Loser. May I say more?

Every Wednesday morning I walk into some public fitness facility to find a handful of weekend warriors portraying the exercises that were displayed on the show the night before. I applaud them for beating the other 95% of the population that "can't make it the gym". Exercises that are performed on the biggest loser, my most advance clientele would not be able to perform will 100% strict and perfect form. So why do these guys do it?

That leads me to my next point....

3) Keep it simple!

Should I say more?

I have gotten my biggest and strongest sticking with the basic 12 exercises and eating a clean and nutritional diet. Now a days, we are trying to combine 4 different exercises standing on a bosu, there is no need for sophistication in an exercise regime.

That is all for these week, now as I get back to schedule, keep posted for more up to date information on performance, exercise, nutrition, and rehabilitation.

Take Care,
