New! - Custom Orthotic Therapy at DT&R

The orthotics used at Dynamic Training & Rehabilitation, are semi-rigid, which means they that are not hard and uncomfortable.

They’re supportive enough to alter lower limb biomechanical dysfunction, in order to stabilize and realign the feet into there optimal position.

Pronation of the foot is the rolling in or rotation of the foot. Excessive pronation combined with poor posture of the foot and leg can cause related foot, knee and back problems. These related injuries, can be treated effectively with semi-rigid orthotics, Physiotherapy treatment, and exercise.

Common Conditions Treated:

Heel pain (plantar fascitis). Ball of foot pain (Metatarsalgia). Achilles tendonitis . Calf pain. Knee pain (patello femoral syndrome) . Shin splints . Hip pain. Lower back pain. ITB syndromeCommon Childrens injuries.

With children prevention is better than cure. By iniatining a comprenhsive rehab program including orthotics, Physiotherapy and specfic exercisies at an early age, you may be preventing them from developing lower limb and foot promblems as they get older. Along with the above mentioned injuries, conditions specfic to children include:. sever’s disease (Heel pain). Osgood schlatters’s disease (Knee pain)Types of orthoticsUnlike other orthotics on the market today at Sports Feet our orthotics are structured differently for each activity.

We believe this is essential, as different activities require different types of footwear and, place different biomechanical demands on the lower limbs and feet. At Dynamic Training & Rehabilitation our range of orthotics include the following:

1. Running orthotics
2. Walking orthotics
3. Cycling orthotics
4. Golf orthotics
5. Turf shoe orthotics
6. Childrens orthotics
