I have been racking my brains trying to come up with a way to provide incentives for my clients and bootcampers to lose weight. It seems like "weight loss" is sometimes not the best incentive, however money is :) SO I am going to be starting a $1000 challenge beginning Labour day for 6 weeks, if you lose enough weight, fat and inches you will WIN $1,000 cash (and a freaking hot body to go along with it!).
Here's how the challenge will work:
1. Entry fee per person is $50, this will give you a FULL and COMPLETE binder which includes nutrition, training and of course secrets to the success of your weight loss. You will be required to do 4 weigh-ins before, during and after the competition. These appointments can be schedules throughout the weigh-in weeks. I will be available for you days, evenings and weekends.
2. Weigh-ins, Body fat Compositions and Measurements will be done only by myself (so there's consistency to the measurements).
3. The person with the most COMBINED fat loss will win the money!!!!
4. There must be at least 15 people for this to happen so if you're interested please email me back and we can get started.
Here are the RULES:
Grand Prize: $1,000 to the person with the greatest COMBINED percentage of body fat, body weight and inches lost during the contest.
Rules of the Contest:
§ Anyone (Regardless if they are a personal training client or a bootcamp client) can join this contest. Family members and friends are welcome.
§ The first weigh-in is Sept. 6 – Sept. 13 (no weigh-ins after Sept. 13).
§ The final weigh-in is Oct. 27 - Oct. 31
§ Mandatory weigh-ins every 2 weeks. If you fail to weigh-in prior to the required dates, you will automatically be disqualified
§ All contestants must complete a registration and liability form
§ I highly recommend completing 4 workouts per week minimally (24 total workouts) during the contest. A combination of strength training, cardiovascular, and bootcamp classes are recommended to achieve maximum results (you will get workouts in your binder).
§ Participants must weigh-in without shoes
§ Participants must schedule their weigh-ins with me via email or by phone call. They can be done anytime during the weigh-in weeks.
§ A minimum of 15 people must participate in order to run the contest. A full refund will be given to each participant if the minimum requirements are not met
§ No refunds will be issued after registration fee is paid, with the exception of the minimum requirements not being met
§ If there are more than 15 participants, the grand prize is still $1,000
§ The person that loses the greatest combined percentage of their starting weight, body fat and inches wins!
