New Events at CHPC and DT&R!

The Dynamic Training & Rehabilitation Blogspot is the #1 place to find all the up and coming information at the Canadian Human Performance Centre in Burlington, Ontario.

There are lots of new events and great new changes as our facility continues to grow and be one of the best in health and fitness.

1. We have announced a new event that is taking place at CHPC.

The event takes place on Friday October 29th at 6:30 and runs until 8:00pm.

There will be Trick or Treating, Haunted House, Little Monster's Kid Class, Pumpkin Carving Competition, Fortune Teller, and Much More!

All Kids are invited, and proceeds go towards Unicef.

2. Team Obrien Fitness works with Dynamic Rehabilitation!



Mindi from Team Obrien Fitness and Adam from DT&R worked together with Rachel LeBlanc, a new IFBB out of New Bruinswick Canada.
