Become A Hero, and Recieve Free Stuff!

Note: This is an email that was written by Adam Bogar (Owner, and Clinic Director) that was sent out to all the patients and clients of Dynamic Training & Rehabilitation.  Our team at DT&R wants everyone to be aware of our goals and process. The donation page is open to everybody

If you have been watching the news or reading information online you are probably already familiar with the devastation that has hit Joplin, MO.

In the midwest, a small town was hit with the nation's deadliest single tornado in nearly 60 years and the second major tornado disaster in less than a month.

Authorities feared the toll could rise as the full scope of the destruction comes into view: House after house reduced to slabs, cars crushed like soda cans, shaken residents roaming streets in search of missing family members. And the danger was by no means over. Fires from gas leaks burned across town, and more violent weather loomed, including the threat of hail, high winds and even more tornadoes.
Just this past weekend I was in San Diego, working on a new project and sat in a conference with 12 other fitness professionals.

On Saturday evening, I went out to dinner with a good friend and business partner Curtis Mock in downtown San Diego. We went into deep conversion of where we grew up and where we have been. Curtis couldn't stop talking about how wonderful Joplin was, and how his entire family still calls it home.

When Curtis described Joplin, it had many similarities to Burlington. A local YMCA, one Hospital, and a small community that was close.

The next day, as I was running through the Chicago airport, I received a text describing the events that took place in the Midwest. Everything Curtis described flashed in my head.

Curtis took the first flight out the Joplin, MO and is helping his home town. Talking to him briefly Monday, he described how the entire town was in ruins, and the devastation continues.

At Dynamic Training & Rehabilitation, we have set up a donation page through our friends in San Diego. The money raised will go directly to those who need it most.

Also, we're going to up the stake!

1) For every dollar donated, Curtis is going to match it writing a cheque through his personal bank account.
